Welcome to SMART POS ERP. By registering or using our platform, mobile web portals, and REST API services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Agreement

We provide hybrid offline-first POS billing systems, ledger books (Khata), inventory management tools, and AI vision doc-scanning modules. The availability of our systems is subject to local device hardware performance, sqlite browser capacity, and server configuration limits.

2. Account Registration and Security

• To activate your business account, you must upload valid KYC verification (GST certificate) and process subscription fees as required.
• You are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activities recorded under your workspace will be deemed authorized by you.

3. Data Compliance & Acceptable Use

• You agree to comply with all local GST, tax invoice formatting, and business compliance laws.
• We do not take responsibility for typographical pricing, tax calculations, or ledger entries entered manually by merchants or customers.
• Abuse of API channels, automated scripts targeting our servers, or spamming the AI Sales Agent will result in temporary or permanent suspensions.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or terminate access to your subdomain or database file namespaces if there is an outstanding subscription payment due or a violation of local commercial guidelines.

5. SaaS Pricing & Billing in INR

All subscription charges, plan upgrades, and AI refill credits are denominated and processed in **Indian National Rupees (INR ₹)**. Plans are offered on a monthly or annual recurring basis as specified on our Pricing page. Taxes (GST) are applicable as per Indian commercial laws.
